EUCLIDE: leading the way in engineering service excellence.

We shape solutions for energy efficiency and infrastructure modernisation.

Our expertise is expressed through the work of our teams operating along the entire engineering value chain.

EUCLIDE's work starts with the elaboration of technical offers for tenders, public-private partnership proposals, project financing, and leads to the in-depth design of energy efficiency measures through to construction management. Our teams take care internally of every sub-process related to their activities, from functional inspections, to energy modelling, to the management of specialised and functional project activities, without neglecting the need to seek contributions from the European Union or Conto Termico (economic incentive introduced by the Italian government with the aim of promoting the transition to more sustainable heating solutions) or other sources of co-financing.

Proposal engineering services.

We offer a proposal engineering service to support the world of ESCo and companies in the design and development of innovative service proposals such as EPC (Energy Performance Contract), PPP (Public Private Partnership), PF (Project Financing), Global Service, Hard&Soft Facilities. Our aim is to explore all the technical and economic potential implicit in each individual initiative in order to develop an integrated and competitive project.

Each solution we offer is the result of an optimal combination of EUCLIDE's many years of experience in consulting and assistance to companies and the skills of our technicians. We keep these skills constantly updated through continuous further development in order to provide our customers with tailor-made solutions that are always state-of-the-art and adapted to the needs of today's market.

Technical and Economic Plans, modelling and technical records.

Our services cover a wide range of specialised activities, such as the drafting of Technical-Economic Plans in the context of contracts with the PA (Energy Service), and the creation and management of Technical Records relating to the real estate and plant assets of various bodies (state, regional, provincial, municipal, etc.). We also offer energy modelling and analysis services for building-plant systems, aimed at drawing up Energy Diagnosis and EPC (energy performance certificate). Our aim is to identify optimal solutions for energy redevelopment, with an emphasis on providing highly specialised and professional services

Proprietary, interactive database
and available in the cloud.

Data resulting from the development of survey, census, energy modelling and techno-economic assessment activities are stored daily by team in an interactive database, available in the cloud.

From this database, EUCLIDE extrapolates indicators and benchmark values (e.g. consumption data, no. of components, average consistencies) that are representative of the building and plant heritage on a national level, making them a valid “yardstick” for all analyses carried out by EUCLIDE in the management and engineering field.

Engineering Services.

We offer our customers a full range of engineering consulting and integrated design services aimed at the energy efficiency of building-plant systems. Our offer proposes technologically advanced solutions, focused on the energy transition towards a sustainable future, with a strong orientation towards renewable sources.

We offer a complete turnkey design service, aimed mainly at building-plant systems in use/owned by PA and Local Authorities. Schools, Offices, Hospitals, Institutional Offices (etc...) we start from the design of the project, passing through the obtaining of the necessary approvals and authorisations from the competent authorities, up to the supervision of the execution of the works, including works management and safety coordination.

BIM Building information modeling.

EUCLIDE also offers itself in the execution of building and plant projects using the BIM (Building Information Modelling) methodology.
This approach enables the complete integration of all project information, from the data collection phase
design through to operation and maintenance using information models.

In the context of construction, BIM is increasingly essential as it represents the information tool that allows the creation of a "digital twin"
of artefacts and processes. This methodology, which extends from infrastructure to buildings, is used in EUCLIDE
for the realisation of architectural and/or plant projects.

This approach ensures interoperability between different disciplines during the design phase and makes it possible to deliver to the client a durable 'As Built' model that can be digitally revised over time.
